What are needed to have the item exchanged?
- It must be returned within 7days upon receipt.
- Item/s should be unused, unaltered, undamaged, saleable and with original tags and packaging (if applicable). We advise to make sure no dirt can be found in the shoes, or it will be rejected.
Exchange Process
- Indicate the new size preferred and other style options should the preferred style (only if original style ordered is not available in the new size)
Item exchange lower price, difference will be forfeited
Item exchange higher price, difference will be paid by buyer
- Please be guided that shipping fee to be incurred for the exchange is shouldered by the buyer and must be settled prior shipping.
Will the item for exchange be replaced immediately?
- Give us 2-3days from receipt to process the request (delivery time is not included). We will respond accordingly in the email thread for updates. KIMI FOOTWEAR has the discretion to reject request in cases not limited to faulty or used item returned.
Refunds
Regardless of payment method, in case of delays or customer's change of mind we do not offer refunds at this time. Customers may send back the product/s within 7 days upon delivery for exchange or online store credit.
